Media and purchases

Hi everyone,

does anybody know why I don’t have the media and purchases option in my iPhone?

like the below? I don’t have this option? It’s just not there.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Are you part of Family Sharing? Do you have a Restriction for purchases in Screen Time? Is this a work phone or do you have a work account on it?
