I have several movies and Tv Shows I have purchased with my one and only apple id and am unable to redownload and watch this purchased content on my devices. I have only had one apple Id and I do see the content in my purchase history. Some of these purchases go back to 2011

Sure, so it is my understanding that a TV show or movie purchased in the past and doesn't show in the library should be available to redownload to enjoy on all devices. When visiting said show or movie in the store a redownload icon should appear. It does not give the option to redownload said TV show or movie. I have only had one apple id and the purchase does show in my purchase history, but I'm unable to redownload anywhere.
