Boarding pass & apple wallet

So, I’ve tried everything. I’ve restarted the phone multiple times, I used different browsers and I also downloaded the app for the airline and I’m still unable to download my boarding pass to my apple wallet. I used to be able to do it with no problem. The app loads and it stays in “loading” but nothing happens after a while (15min later). And I keep on getting a pop up on chrome and safari saying the pass can’t be downloaded now. I’ve uploaded the picture of the messages I get.
