What happens when you open the Apple TV app on your Apple TV (3rd generation), and try to play Apple TV+ content?
Does the Apple TV (3rd generation) use the same Apple ID account as used for the subscription?
I go to watch season two of Ted Lasso and can only access season one.
Note that some shows release one additional episode per week, and Ted Lasso is at S02 E01 now. The season 2 episodes would be listed to the right of the season 1 episodes, in the same row.
I can access Apple TV but not Apple TV plus.
Ted Lasso season 1 is part of Apple TV+ too.
Season two is not listed next to season one. There is the large picture of the series saying to watch season 2 premier but if I click on picture my laptop/tv and phone go back to episodes in season one.

There is only one episode of season 2 released so far. If it takes you to season 1 you can scroll through the episodes, and after S01 E10 it should list the start of the next season.
