watch does not update avtivity app with correct time, distance - has anyone else experienced this and if so, is there a fix

Apple Watch no time updates in workout app while taking an outdoor walk I have an Apple Watch 5. In some recent update, a bug seems to have been introduced and time does not update when the screen is visible but not activated using the workout app taking an outdoor walk. So it could be 8AM but the darkened but visible screen on my watch shows updated workout data but an old time such as 7:15AM. This has caused me to be late for a meeting… can this be changed/fixed? It was not this way before.

Apple Watch exercise tracker Apple Watch activity- workouts are not tracking exercise minutes. I have rebooted both watch and phone and settings are calibrated. This happened all the sudden after recent update. Any fix?

Workout app on apple watch not in sync Before the last update my workout app was working just fine but after the last update it is not in sync with time or distance. Normally I run a 10:22 mile and now it's taking me up to 15 minutes to run the mile and it's not measuring the mile accurately. I run on a track that has already been measured so I know how far a mile is and the workout app is behind on the mile as well as minutes.
