If you sent your Apple watch to service what's that mean? What happen with the replacement is you new watch or your old watch come back from service?

It would depend on what kind of repairs the watch needs.Sometimes it's cheaper to replace a watch rather than repair it,if your watch was almost beyond repair it would probably be recycled and a replacement watch sent back instead.
