New Mac Book Pro 16' doesn't show contours/outline on web sites which have a white background. What do I do?

Go step by step and test.

1. Update macOS, if an update is available. Update may come with bug fixes.

2. Quit Safari. Launch Safari holding the Shift key down.

    this is like a low level resetting of Safari without affecting passwords and bookmarks.
