Have a Fire TV cannot get sound on my Fire TV but have picture. What do I need to do to get sound. I have signed up for Apple TV

Can you get sound from other apps? If not, you need to contact the TV manufacturer. If you are only having issues with the Apple TV app, you can delete it and reinstall it to see if that fixes the issue.
