No. No one can help you.
The notes are encrypted using the password that you set. If you can't remember the password, the data us unrecoverable.

You locked the notes because you did not want anyone who did not have the password to read them.

Think of passwords you may have used in the past. Think of a topic that comes to mind (i.e. Pet's name, teacher's name, favorite author, you name it!) It may come to mind.
