I used to have a little box on my phone to use with control center now I can’t find it

Can’t find the box for the control center

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 14

I called Apple number and the person that answered told me to go to:

Settings then to

Accessibility and

Assistance Touch and highlight it

that’s where my little box shows up on my phone screen and inside the box it has Notifications Center plus other information that you can use on your phone.

If you haven’t used it try it out I can’t do with out it and check out the (Device) in the box and you can take pictures from anywhere that’s on your phone. You can go to the internet read something and take a picture of it and send it to anyone by email or messenger (text) and you can save it in photos.

Control Center is accessed by swiping down from the top right corner of the screen on devices with Face ID, and from the bottom of the screen on devices with Touch ID.

What box are you looking for exactly?

Reset the Home Screen Layout:

By performing the following, things will be placed back to how they should be.

Go to: Settings
Tap: General
Tap: Reset
Tap: Reset Home Screen Layout

And what does that have to do with control center exactly? Control Center is not an icon on a home screen.
