My left side airpods pro was ran over by a car and is not usable anymore. I live in Mongolia, and as there is no official apple store here, I cannot see how i can purchase a replacement left side airpods. If i could, i am willing to pay the money necessary. There are authorized resellers but after inquiring them about this, they all said they could not get me replacement airpods.

The Service and Repair page mentions replacement of lost Airpods but doesn't really take you to the procedure. I've outlined this for you below:
Replacement instructions for Airpods and cases are provided at the bottom of this support article "How to find your lost AirPods, AirPods Pro, or AirPods Max": --> https://support.apple.com/HT207581 Neither the warranty nor AppleCare+ helps with the cost of Airpods that are lost or stolen. The cost for damaged Airpods may be lessened by any 'AppleCare+ For Headphones' coverage you may have.
'AirPods Service and Repair' lists replacement fees. Click here --> https://support.apple.com/airpods/repair/service
1. If you can't find your AirPod or Charging Case, or if something is damaged, get the serial number. Click on this link to discover how to find the serial number. --> https://support.apple.com/HT209371
2. Contact Apple Support for a replacement. Click here --> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF32003&category_id=SC0298

Apple have a cool guide, this will help you find a service centre where this would be available in your location. : Find Locations
If you do not see any locations in Mongolia, you may have to go to the nearest country which provides this service. This could be Russia or China.
