hi I can't log in to my face time

I can't activate my face time & iMessage in my Mac book pro

I had been trying to log in but can't with my Apple ID

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.5

Can't Log into Face Time I am unable to log into Face Time on my iMac. The password and username are both correct. I am only using it on the iMac as I don't use any other MAC devices.
