My Apple Watch series 3 is working fine but my fitness app is not recording any calories, exercise, or stand time. I’ve tried resetting and updating and it’s not working. Any ideas?

I have been using Apple watch 6 on Apple Tv. All my metrics were appearing on the fitness app on my phone. One day i decided to do a yoga from the phone instead. The phone and watch wouldn’t pair. I had to ‘forget’ the watch and start again. I then had to go to Apple Tv and re register it on there too.
