You have posted personal information in a public forum visited by thousands of people around the world which is most unwise.

I have asked the forum hosts to remove your personal information to protect you.

Apple will not help you with a lost iPhone. They do not get involved in lost or stolen devices at all.

Did you turn on Find My on your phone? If you did, see this link --> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

If you did not turn on Find my, the only way to track it is the old fashioned, look for it. Make sure you let your cellular provider know you've lost your phone and ask them to black list if they offer that service.
