How to use the money from Apple Pay?
I’ve received money through apple but don’t know how to use the money on cash app card?

You can use it to make a purchase in stores where Apple Pay is accepted. See: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201239#stores
If you have an Apple Card, you can use it to make a payment or partial payment on your Apple Card balance due. See the "Pay with Apple Cash or a different bank account" section of How to make Apple Card payments - Apple Support
