The application should appear on your purchased page in the App Store. If it doesn't you should contact support for the App Store.

Final Cut Pro X Hello, I bought Final Cut Pro X in April of 2020. Since then I got rid of the computer I downloaded the program on. I need to download it on my new computer, how do I go about doing that?
