You can’t back up your iPhone to OneDrive. You can back it up to your computer, or to iCloud. See→How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support. You can copy files to OneDrive if you install the Microsoft OneDrive app on the iPhone from the app store.
