Hi !, i have an iphone xs max with ios 14.7.1. But why i didn’t see any dolby atmos option on the music settings ?

Hello arvandhi,

From your post it appears you are trying to use Dolby Atmos, but are not seeing the option.

The page you came from, Listen with spatial audio for AirPods Pro and AirPods Max, has some great information on how to listen to the best quality possible using AirPods.

We would suggest turning off Low Power Mode and AirPlane mode. Please tap on Settings > Battery and toggle Low Power Mode off. LPM prevents some functions from operating. Please toggle Airplane mode off as it limits functionality also. We want to be sure everything is working as we troubleshoot.

Restart the iPhone after turning those off. While simple, this can refresh the iOS, apps and connections.

If you still do not see the option, keep in mind that Dolby Atmos is not available in all regions at this time.
