Does anybody know how to fix Bluetooth headphone lag on MacBook?

Bluetooth audio lag Hi, I have a macbook pro 13"(early 2015) and i'm experiencing terrible audio lag when using BT headphones. Previously i was able to fix it by manualy choosing codec, but since recent update (OSX Big Sur 11.1) that option is no longer available. I've already tried bluetooth explorer and forcing APTx and ACC but with no luck. What should i do? Headphones are Marley Exodus ANC and they work fine with my phone, win 10 laptop and smart TV.

Bluetooth capability has dropped off I have a Macbook Pro running Bootcamp so I can run Windows. I have been running a bluetooth keyboard and headphones up until today because all of a sudden the troubleshooter is telling me that my device doesn't have bluetooth capabilities. It was fine last week. Has anyone else experienced this or can share any advice on how to fix this? TIA

Try Reseting the Core Audio:

Type the following command in Terminal:

sudo killall coreaudiod
