I can see that ECG feature supposed to work in Ukraine:

but App says that it's not available in my region. Region is set to Ukraine. How can I make it work? Please help. Thanks

Was the watch and phone bought in Ukraine?.

And is your phone running ios14.7 and your watch running WatchOS7.6?.
