I chose to 'download' the 14.7.1 update first via macOS Bug Sur Finder as I have always done. And almost immediately I get the error message. Been trying for several days. If I choose to run the download AND update as one - same error.
So instead I ran the update from Settings on the iPad - and it worked fine.
What is the problem with downloading this update in the Finder?
