compressor doesn't work

When supposed to process a batch it shows "Repair Compressor".

Did everything recommended by apple and other advices on the internet, nothing worked.

Please help

I just found the solution on a French Apple site:

What OS and Compressor version is this? Try reinstalling from the App Store.
