How long you need permission Bullet angel in apple store
It is up to the developer of the app or game to apply to have the app made available for sale in the App Store.
This is a user-to-user technical support forum. You are not addressing Apple here. It's also unlikely that the app developer is reading here.

We are only users here like yourself and not employees of Apple. Only the Apple department involved in approving apps for the App Store knows their schedule for approving app. The apps are submitted for approval and then put into a queue and my guess is they are processed on a "first in/first out basis. So, when it becomes an apps turn to be processed it is either approved or the vendor is notified of required changes needed to be approved.
As I explained above, this is a user-to-user forum. That means people replying to you are users, just like you. No one from the App Store is here to answer you. And, I suspect they would only talk to the app developer.
