I cannot get my boarding pass onto Wallet. Get a message saying, " Safari cannot download this file"!

Anyone experience similar problem and if you could share a solution.

HI Jav105,

Let’s see if we can get that boarding pass added for you.

Take a look and see if there's a Wallet-enabled app that you need to add your boarding pass to the Wallet on your iPhone.

How to use Wallet on your iPhone, iPod touch, and Apple Watch

If there isn't an app available, try restarting your iPhone and see if you can add the boarding pass.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Reach back out if you are still having trouble getting the boarding pass added.

Thanks a lot.

I have Wallet on my phone but I do not have/see Wallet-enabled apps (I guess that would be essential to execute the next move, i.e. Scroll down in Wallet, tap Edit Passes, and tap Find Apps for Wallet).

When I open Wallet, I only see " Find aps and start collecting your passes". I press GET and the only options I see are " Find Apps for Wallet, " Scan Code" and Cancel.

I tap on "Find apps..." but what I see are only pre-determined apps and there is no option to add new ones!

Do you know how I can add new ones?

Hi,

You are welcome! We like to help out when we can. Have you seen "Add a pass" found in Add and manage passes in Wallet on iPhone? If not, take a look and see if the tips there can help you add the boarding pass.
