Apple id and App Store account problem

Hey, I forgot my apple id password in my iPhone when I tried to sign in and it’s closed entirely same for App Store account password and I make new one under my apple id name, i couldn’t apply it to my iPhone because there’s no sign out opinion): , now i can controls the account and install from my iPad only , is there any way to fix it? It’s been three years ig😔

Signing in to icloud and itunes and app store I cannot sign in to icloud and even in itunes,the app store and many more. This ipad was given by my aunt but she forgot the apple id and password. I tried to seek help from a shop who are helpful with regard to this matter I paid enough for the process they called bypass but then again they were able to open the ipad but they its useless because it cannot use the ipad because i cannot access the itunes,icloud and etc. Kindly help me.
