How to block some incoming calls in iPhone?

No, this is a user to user forum, this is not Apple support and we cannot stop the calls on your device. Neither can Apple.

If you were to use Malwarebytes Mobile Security then that may do the job, somewhat. It blocks out suspected scams, based on the sender's phone number. The paid version lets you report a number - once reported, it blocks it out, not even allowing it to go through. Using the Paid Version:

I use the paid version, which has Call Protection. It detects when a call is from a suspected scammer, then it blocks the call or warns you it may be fraudulent.

No one here can block spam calls for you. You need to contact your provider for that.
