Why can not update my IOS to 13 to get google!??

Hello ! After I did format to my IPhone 6 , I cannot get update automatically for my iPhone 6 to get Google app !!?? Thx plz help to fix

The iPhone 6 does not have the required hardware to update to iOS 13 or higher.
