Doesn't turn on properly
My macbook air starts turning on, only after unplugging battery then plugging back, whats the problem? Battery pack? Or inside the mother board?

That is a good question. Most readers of your post (including me) will not have an answer to your question. This because this may be a hardware issue as you mentioned. Battery or Logic Board or something other.
Have your MacBook AIr examined for diagnosis and resolution at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center.
