My watch isnt connected through my app any longer and is requesting me to pair it on the app but the watch itselfis claiming to be connected to another iphone, yet I am the only owner of this watch with my one iphone

If that doesn't help, here are two ways to unpair your watch without using the iPhone:

• With a web browser, go to: https://www.iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Open Find My iPhone and select All Devices (at the top). Then click your Apple Watch, select 'Erase Apple Watch', and select Next until the device is erased. Finally click "X" next to remove your Apple Watch.
