Can’t update billing address on apple id
I’ve spoken to three different people at Apple over the last 2 years and no one knows how to fix this. Not sure anyone here will.
I updated my billing address on my iPhone via payment methods years ago. No problem. But, I continue to receive email receipts for my purchases/subscriptions addressed to my old billing address. This is frustrating, because my old address is in another province with higher sales taxes. So I’m paying more than I should be. I checked my billing address on the Apple ID website and it shows the old billing address I changed in my iPhone, but the website won’t let me change it - all the fields are disabled. I tried removing and re adding my credit card, but it makes no difference. My old billing address from years ago is ‘stuck’ on my account. Please help.
