popup notification - Apple ID being used for a new Phone

I just received this popup on both my iMac and my iPhone -- I've not signed into a new phone although the notification identifies the descriptor for the iPhone I use (now several months old and in constant use since purchased). I don't want to ignore the notification so haven't clicked 'ok' but don't know what to do.
