I have a verizon.net email account - suddenly cannot send or receive mail - all settings correct - confirmed by Geek Squad - can’t find a way to contact AOL who took over Verizon's email biz - any ideas?
Does anyone know how to get help for a verizon email account (transitioned to AOL in 2017)? Email suddenly stopped sending or receiving. Message is user name or password incorrect - by they are not. All settings correct, confirmed by Geek Squad. Recently purchased iPhone 12, and transferred everything from old phone. Using POP server for emails so actual emails did not transfer over, but was able to use the account for nine days. Then gone! Same problem on MacBook Pro, iPad and Iphone 12 and Iphone 6S.
