You are not addressing ANYONE here from Apple.

You have signed up into a, largely, Apple product/customer user to user product technical support community supplied and moderated by Apple.

We are all, largely, just Apple product users here, just like you.

With that stated,

Apple and Apple Stores do not repair iPads.

Generally, to have speedy and quick customer service, Apple ONLY provides for in/out warranty iPad replacements

If that iPad ONLY had the free, limited, one year AppleCare warranty, that warranty DOES NOT cover ANY incidental/accidentsl user damages.

For an iPad that only has the free, limited, one-year warranty, the costs for another replacement device WILL BE approx. 60% of that iPad model original purchase price.

If you had purchase the paid, extended, two-year+, AppleCare+ warranty plan, accidental/incidental user damages ARE COVERED under this plan and a device replacement will ONLY cost you a small fee.

Here in the U.S., the ”small” replacement device fee under the paid AppleCare+ plan is $49 U.S.D..

You need to search online for your nearest, “local” Apple store location and call contact phone numbers and call to make an appointment to have your Apple iPad diagnosed and options presented you.

Failing that,

You need to contact Apple support via the contact support link located at the upper right hand corner of every Webpage of these Apple support communities.

Use the Hardware Repair support category.
