How come I can have 7 pending transactions for a game? I don’t have the items yet as my card payment method is at 0. But now I can’t get any free games either. Will these pending transactions fall off or am I obliged to pay them to get access to my account again?

Not accepting payments is an ongoing and frustrating problem. There are items in Township, I can never purchase because of the pending problem. I have money in both my banks and credit card but nothing works. Please fix this problem asap.
