Itunes is Greyed out on the top bar and doesn't open?

Hello, I been having this problem to where an app will stop working correctly by not opening and the top bar where (File, Edit, Song, etc) is all completely greyed out and hollow the the program won't open any windows or pages but you can still access the preferences and options in the greyed out section, though the main program won't run properly or open.

It still plays music if I click the actual main source file, but can't access the the program window what so ever like it doesn't exist, I currently run Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7, and if there was a proper way to re-install iTunes to fix this that would great, this happened before but to a different program entirely and it was firefox, but that was fixed by clearing the cache and reseting the program entirely before it was able to work again.
