Apple music glitch

My apple music is glitching and I’m not sure how to fix it. Sometimes it plays song , or it’ll just shuffle through them. I try to click on a song to play it won’t work and says the operation could not be completed. If I click it a bunch it sometimes works. I try to play downloaded music and that doesn’t work at all just glitches through every playlist.

We understand that you’re having problems with the Apple Music app and we're happy to help! If you haven't already done so we recommend you follow the steps below and check to see if the problems are still there after each one: 


  1. Quit and reopen the Apple Music app: Quit and reopen an app on iPhone
  2. Restart iPhone
  3. Back up iPhone and Update iOS on iPhone 
  4. Turn off Sync Library and then Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music again.
  5. Remove the Apple Music app and download the Apple Music app again:

- Remove apps from iPhone

- Get apps in the App Store on iPhone
