Ridding of a Message?:

What message are you referring to? If you are getting a message about a screen not being official, then you need to get a screen from an Apple Authorized Service Provider, or from Apple themselves.

Take a Screenshot:

A screenshot would most certainly help. So, please take on, leaving our personal information. Cover personal information (i.e. names with rectangles and such through use of the Photos app. Go here: Take a Screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support
