iPhone 12 low speaker volume

It is really sad feeling that I upgraded from iPhone X to iPhone 12 and found out that the speaker volume for music, calls and everything is really low. I am waiting for Apple to answer if this is a software issue as I see a lot of other users who have raised this question but did not find any answers on it. iPhone 12 is relatively old now and by this time problem should have been fixed. Apple needs to cover it in quality assurance program.
