The solution would be to use a model that can be updated to iOS 13.4 or higher (an iPhone 6S or newer).
You may get better and prompt responses if you may kindly provide the iPhone Model that you have and the iOS version if it is known to you and re-post.
What you are probably saying is UPI pay is not working. Normal Google Pay &, Paytm does work. It is working on my iPhone 6 iOS 12.5.4
