The screen of my mother’s IPhone 11 is broken

Hello! Today my mother’s IPhone 11stopped working. The screen is always turned off. However the phone receives the messages that I send, so it seems that the problem is the screen. There is something that we can do without going to an Apple store? We are currently in vacation in Fuerteventura, and we need the phone as soon as possible for our green pass. If we must go somewhere to repair the phone, where is a good place in the island? It seems that there are no apple stores here.
