Why are my emails not sending to my account

Have you tried deleting the account(s), restarting the device, and then adding the account(s) back?
Mail - If you can’t send email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

What application are you using to view your emails? iPhone mail app? If yes, then check your account is added and Fetch New Data is updated for your needs.
Settings > Mail > Accounts.
Also forgot to mention you can manually swipe down in the mail app - which will force it to refresh the mail box.
