Sorry, but you can't without Wi-Fi.

Your only options now would be:

Connect your iPhone directly to a computer that has Internet access.
Ask a friend or relative to use their Wi-Fi ... or computer.
Visit your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them assist you with this.
