Iphone hotspot to Asus computer

How do you do this adding iPhone as a hotspot to your Asus Windows computer. I have tried everything

iPhone SE, iOS 14

Yep. I got it to work. My Asus Windows computer was having issues trying to find my iPhone. After I rebooted the ASUS computer I finally got it to recognize my iPhone as a hotspot spot.
