I have an apple music subscription, but I can’t listen to my downloaded tracks offline more than 15 seconds.
If listening to music on apple music takes to always be online, then what is exactly the point of having a subscription?
Check your iOS version again & update to 14.7.1 - it’s fixed.
You should be able to download it and listen offline. Are you using the following instructions? Add and download music from Apple Music - Apple Support
I’ve been using apple music for 3 years and this issue has been happening only for a month.
I’ve downloaded the tracks correctly,but can’t listen to them more than 15 seconds. When it reaches 15 seconds it stops and sometimes even glitches.
ios is up to date
Updated it to 14.7.1 still got this problem.
if I can’t fix it soon then I’ll probably leave apple music for good.

Why should I pay for apple music subscription if I can’t listen to the music I download offline?
