Can this watch monitor Blood oxygen levels the entire night of sleep and then give a report of the numbers?

Im looking for a watch that will measure blood oxygen levels all night and then give me the results. Does Apple watch 6 do this? will there be a more advanced watch coming out that will give results for sleep apnea issues/cardio in the next few months???
