Glitch with move ring

My July challenge was to close every ring for 31 days. On the 13th of July, I walked 18,000 steps, did 52 mins of exercise and stood for 15 hours. It has somehow registered my move goal at 0CAL and as such have lost my challenge streak. Is there a way of fixing this?

You can try to manually add a workout (and its data):

  1. In the Health App on the iPhone, tap on the Health Data tab at the bottom
  2. Then tap Activity and scroll down to Workouts and tap on it
  3. In the the top right hand corner of the screen it says add data (or simply +)
  4. Tap on that and you can enter a new workout and its data
  5. When you are finished tap on add at the top right of the screen.

Be aware though that this only effects your 3 rings on the day in question.

Other than that, all I can suggest is that the first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.

But these may not help.
