iCloud storage for my small business

Can I put files on my iCloud and make them accessible to my employees all working remotely, some on PC's and some on Mac's?

iCloud for a business really only works if you also set up an MDM with company managed AppleIDs -> About Managed Apple IDs for business - Apple Support
