Disabled iTunes account

For months now i’ve been trying to download apps, i even signed out and signed back in, and it just pops up as “Your account has been disabled in the app store and iTunes.” Is there any way you guys can fix this problem? thank you.

It can't be enabled from your end or by the people on these boards. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
