Hi,

Following document could help your issue.

If it doesn't help, try to check your MacBook Air with Apple Diagnostics if it reports something related battery.

I try reset battery charging by pressing Control/Option//Shift/Power buttons, still the battery is not charging. Please advise.

(Note the battery charger and cable are original and working)
