To see your Purchase History, follow the steps in here:

See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more - Apple Support

If you made past purchases under a different Apple ID (which is perhaps what you were getting at when you refer to "old" purchase history) then you must view the purchase history for each Apple ID separately.
